| Practice Principal - Roger Baker |
 |
Roger was born in Whitstable, can just remember the 1953
flooding of the town and apart from 6 years at the Royal Veterinary
College in London, has spent his entire life in the Whitstable
area.
Apart from the veterinary practice and the adjoining Cancer
Treatment Unit concentrating on cat and dog cancer treatment,
Roger is an actively involved in Animal Welfare both within
the veterinary profession and on the political scene where
he makes clear his belief that animal welfare should be science
based and is an expression of the values of our society.

| Practice Manager - Gill May |
 |
Gill has lived in Whitstable for over 30 years and before
joining the practice in 1983. Since that date Gill has overseen
the vast development of veterinary care and facilities within
the Practice.
The increase in bureaucracy which has enveloped every small
business in the last few years has meant that Gill has moved
to an administrative workload rather than concentrating on
reception as in the past and has now taken up the post of
Practice Manager.

Cara joined us in the summer of 2007 from a neighbouring

| Carol Jefferson |
 |
Carol took over the main Reception responsibility within
the practice in 1997 and is the “front of house”

Patience and tolerance are her strong points and these are
quite tested on many occasions!

insurance industry. |
| Terry May |
 |
Terry joined the practice in 1987 and is responsible for
the general duties within the practice as well as providing
